Attorney Lee Kennedy Tiernan joined Carter Mario Injury Lawyers after 26 years practicing law; and dozens of trials before juries in state and federal courts. Although he has represented, Fortune 500 companies, business owners, insurance companies and government entities, his passion is helping good people who struggle day to day, play by the rules and are injured through no fault of their own.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Lee had worked as a newspaper reporter, editor, IRS Tax Examiner, landscaper, carpenter, schooner deck hand, butcher, cashier, and even a Santa Claus in a large urban mall. He uses this real-world experience to better relate to, understand and comfort the varied and diverse client base that the Carter Mario Injury Lawyers serves.
Licensed to practice law in state and federal courts, and Courts of Appeal in Connecticut and Massachusetts, Lee entered the law after graduating from Suffolk University Law School in Boston and earned an undergraduate degree from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts. He has lectured in the law on many legal topics and has taught at the University of Connecticut, School of Law.
A New Haven native, Lee is the product of a family that has resided in Connecticut for generations.
