Case Managers are expected to be professional, proactive team players who welcome the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our clients and our attorneys. Case Managers are responsible for communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers. They gather information, perform data entry, and prepare correspondence, including demand packages.
Qualifications: college degree/legal education, personal injury case experience preferred. Proven ability to be organized, efficient, and productive in a fast-paced environment; professional communication skills, and customer service experience. Strong automation skills.
Our Front Office Managers deliver the first impression of our firm. They are expected to be professional, proactive team players who deliver extraordinary service at all times. This service includes greeting clients, visitors, and answering and routing phone calls. Maintaining the reception area and other administrative tasks are handled, as well. Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative/receptionist experience in an office environment, strong automation skills, professional communications skills, proven ability to successfully multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced service environment.
