The Hartford Courant reported a fatal Connecticut auto accident on Wednesday night that killed one police officer and left another critically injured.
Three police officers were dispatched and were responding to a 911 call when two police cars collided with each other at the intersection of East and Chapel streets causing the Connecticut car accident.
A male 43-year-old police officer was killed as a result of the Connecticut auto accident. A female 47-year-old police officer who was also involved in the accident is fighting for her life at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
The State police department is continuing their investigation on the Connecticut auto accident.
