A lawsuit was filed against a man who caused a Waterbury auto accident and killed a 14-year-old boy, as reported by Republican American.
The family of the 14-year-old boy, who was killed in the Connecticut auto accident, filed the lawsuit against a 45-year-old man.
The man was driving under the influence of alcohol when he hit the boy who was riding on his bicycle.
The Waterbury car accident victim was thrown against the windshield of the man's car, in which the impact caused broken bones and lacerations. The boy died the day following the accident.
The man, who caused the Waterbury auto accident, is currently serving a 10-year sentence in prison for second degree manslaughter.
