Wheelchair access is in the rear of the building, near the handicap parking. A wheelchair ramp into the facility is a short distance from the accessible parking. Use the intercom at the entrance to summon a Judicial Marshal, who will grant you access into the building.

From Points East

  • 95 South to Exit 39-A.
  • Turn right off exit, move immediately to left side of Boston Post Road.
  • Stay left of split merging onto Cherry Street.
  • Go straight on Cherry Street (Carter Mario Injury Lawyers will be on the right).
  • At fifth light, take right onto Prospect Street.
  • Cross over bridge and turn left onto West River Street.
  • Turn right into the Courthouse driveway
  • The courthouse is the red brick building with white pillars on left.

From Points West

  • 95 North to Exit 39-A.

  • Route 121 South to Maple Street in Milford.
  • Turn right onto Maple Street.
  • Take the first left onto West River Street.
  • Turn right into the Courthouse driveway.
  • The courthouse is the red brick building with white pillars on left.

Parking
There is parking available behind courthouse in Third Parking Area with designated slots for jurors indicated by Jury signs. Public parking is also available in the parking lot on the left.

When you get to the Ansonia-Milford Superior Courthouse

Security Screening
There is metal detector security screening at the Courthouse. You will be asked to empty your pockets and place in small bins provided by the Court Marshalls including your belt, keys, cell phone and any jewelry you are wearing. Do not bring Swiss Army Knives to court.

Food and Drink
Food and beverages are not permissible in court.

Internet Access
There is no public Internet access.

Once you have gone through security, the Case Flow Office is on the first floor.
