Doctor Charged in Waterbury Medical Malpractice Case

A doctor is being charged in a Waterbury medical malpractice case.

According to the Associated Press, the doctor is being charged with manslaughter in the death of a patient who overdosed on medication he is accused of prescribing.

The doctor is accused of over-prescribing pain medications and muscle relaxers to the victim, a 35-year-old woman.
