How Our Staff Spends Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is a time to spend with family and friends, enjoying delicious food and giving thanks for everything we have. In honor of the holiday, we thought we’d let you
get to know us better and share with you how some of our staff spend their Thanksgiving holiday.

Attorney Andy Bottinick:

I go to the Naugatuck-Ansonia football game, then our family dinner.

Front Office Manager Barb Calabretta:

With my family for a nice big turkey dinner with all the fixings and most of all…all the LOVE!

Marketing Director Cindy Mario:

We spend Thanksgiving with the family. I try to cook all the old recipes my mother and grandmother made.

Case Manager Lauren Matos:

In the morning, I run in the Southbury Turkey Trot, the proceeds from the race benefit local charities including the Southbury Food Bank, Southbury Need Fund, and the Fuel Banks. The afternoon and evenings are spent between my mom’s family and my dad’s family.

Front Office Manager Mary Costantini:

May I say; eating, drinking, and being merry! Quality time with plenty of laughs, cooking, and eating! We usually do the traditional holiday dinner with everyone over at my house, from early morning to late at night. Everyone brings something and we all work together to pull it off.

Case Manager Michael Lucia:

We always cook a big breakfast in the morning and then watch the Thanksgiving Day Parade on TV. After the parade, we split our time between my wife’s family’s house and my family’s house, about 30 minutes away from each other. We are able to spend a good portion of the day with the extended families.

Attorney Corey Fong:

Watching NFL football with friends and family, relaxing, and eating turkey of course!

Let us know how you spend your Thanksgiving holiday!
