For Carter Mario, practicing personal injury law is a passion. That's why, after leading a private practice for many years, he changed his focus to injury law. Now, he's able to concentrate his efforts, and those of his firm, on helping people who are struggling to get fair treatment from insurance companies.
Helping people has always been a priority for Carter, and that is the principle and foundation on which Carter Mario Injury Lawyers is built. From calling his clients every two weeks with updates on the status of their cases, to putting a four-person legal team on every case—no matter the size—making sure his law firm maintains a culture concentrated on providing clients with the highest quality customer service is his ultimate goal.
Part of achieving that goal is building a legal team that shares his vision for customer care. By encouraging his staff to relate to clients on a personal level, clients feel comfortable enough to share their situations, and ultimately the staff is able to provide genuine, meaningful service and enjoy what they do.
No matter how much the law firm grows, for Carter, keeping his law firm a personal injury practice focused on helping the members of his community will always be on the forefront of his mind. Carter has always been connected to New England. Although he was born in New York City, he moved to Milford when he was 4 years old, and no matter where his life has taken him along the way, he has always come home to Connecticut. Carter now lives in Milford with his wife, daughter, two sons, and his mother.
Carter has built a full-service personal injury law firm with six offices located across the state. When Carter isn't traveling between the offices and appearing in court to represent his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outside competing in a variety of activities. In warm weather, he averages about 1,000 miles on his bicycle each month, coaches his boys in wrestling, goes fishing, and takes his Harley Davidson Fatboy out on the road.
In addition, he has a United States Coast Guard captain's license, he is a former national wrestling champion, and he has a second degree black belt in judo.
